On Sunday, July 20, 2025, the Rotary Club of Victoria Island East hosted its prestigious Investiture and Fundraising Ceremony at the Shell Zenith Bank Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos. The event marked a key milestone as Dr. Olusegun Philips, Managing Director of Sabre Works, was officially inducted as a Rotarian.

 

 

The Rotary Club, renowned for its humanitarian projects and dedication to “Service Above Self,” warmly welcomed Dr. Philips into its distinguished circle of leaders committed to community service and positive change. In his remarks, Dr. Philips expressed his excitement about contributing to Rotary’s impactful initiatives and leveraging his expertise to foster meaningful development.

 

The ceremony also featured the investiture of Rotarian Mokesioluwa Drum Adedamola Akesi as the 39th President of the club, alongside a fundraising session to support upcoming community projects.
